• you are enrolled in an equivalent university or institution leading to an official qualification (graduate or graduate) (applicants who have already graduated may also qualify)

• i completed three years of full-time study at an equivalent university or institution before starting the mission (bachelor’s level or equivalent).

• you are not associated with a who employee (e.g., son/daughter, brother/sister, mother/father).
