Skoltech University Russian Scholarship offers scholarships every year to all students to support and encourage students from all over the world and all Arab students to study in Russia. Below you can see all the advantages included in this scholarship:
The scholarship covers all tuition costs
The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of 40,000 rubles (equivalent to 527.20 US dollars) to applicants for master’s studies.
The scholarship provides a monthly stipend of 70,000 rubles (equivalent to 922.60 US dollars) to applicants for doctoral studies.
The grant provides health insurance

Skoltech aims to provide the maximum financial aid to its students. All master admitted’s and PhD students will receive an academic stipend as well as full tuition and medical insurance. The standard stipend is 40,000 rubles for master's students. For graduate students, this can be upwards of 70,000 rubles. Any further funding will be decided on a case by case basis by the admissions committee.

A copy of the passport certified by a notary of the identity document into Russian (if not in Russian) with an attached copy of the original
A copy of the bachelor's degree certificate and statement of bachelor's degrees
A copy of the Bachelor’s graduation certificate and Bachelor’s degree transcript certified by a notary into Russian (if not in Russian) with an attached copy of the original
Important note: If you are in the last year of your undergraduate studies (university studies), you can submit a transcript of the previous academic years and prove that you are in the last year.
