In order to qualify for a full scholarship, a student must be placed in a program by the full scholarship quota as listed in the Directory of Higher Education Programs and Quota published by ÖSYM. Full scholarship students receive a full tuition fee waiver.

Full scholarship students will qualify for a comprehensive scholarship if they are ranked in the top 10.000 (within a score of 0.12 multiplex) in one of the SAY, EA or SÖZ degree types or in the top 250 in the DİL degree type, and are placed in a section of Same kind of result.
In addition to full waiver of tuition fees, the comprehensive scholarship offers a monthly stipend (1080 TL per month for 8 months annually for the 2019-2020 academic year) and free accommodation in double-room dormitories. Any comprehensive scholar who does not choose to stay in the dorms will receive an additional stipend of 360 TL per month. Students who have previously graduated from a university with a bachelor’s degree cannot benefit from a comprehensive scholarship.
In order to qualify for a 50% scholarship, a student must be placed in a program through the 50% scholarship quota as listed in the Directory of Higher Education Programs and Quota published by ÖSYM. 50% of scholarship students receive a 50% tuition fee waiver. Students may also be awarded a merit scholarship provided they meet the qualifications.
