Eligibility criteria

• In order to be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you will need to:

1. Hold a passport from one of the 54 countries in Africa.
2. Be commencing study in an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate degree program at the University (except for Illicos, Empowerment, and non-awarding higher degrees by research programs and programs      offered at overseas universities).
3. Be a full fee paying international student.
4. Be commencing an eligible program on an Australian campus or online as indicated in your offer letter.
5. Not be the beneficiary of a separate university scholarship unless prior approval of the special exemption is obtained from the university
6. Fulfill all financial obligations of a full fee-paying international student, including full tuition fees and other expenses for the purpose of obtaining your student visa, and in the event of failure to maintain eligibility for the scholarship.
