Russian Government Scholarship 2024
Documents to be extracted after obtaining acceptance into the scholarship (or if requested by the Russian Cultural Center or the Russian Embassy upon application):
- A copy of the medical certificate stating that there are no infectious diseases (obtained from any accredited hospital in your country)
- A medical report showing the absence of the immunodeficiency virus (HIV test)

Very important notes:
If you are enrolled in the last year of high school (baccalaureate) and want to apply for a Russian government scholarship to study bachelor’s (university level), you must provide proof of enrollment that you are in the last year of high school or baccalaureate.
If you are enrolled in the last year of a bachelor’s degree (undergraduate level) and want to apply for a Russian government scholarship to study a master’s degree, you must submit proof of registration that you are in the last year of a bachelor’s degree and a transcript of grades for previous years.
If you are enrolled in the last year of the Master’s degree and want to apply for a Russian government scholarship to study a doctorate, you must submit proof of registration that you are in the last year of the Master’s degree and a transcript of grades for previous years.
