- Not a Thai citizen or not a Thai national.
- Two strong recommendations (at least one from the academic institution).
- Be in good health and good conduct.

Bachelor's Degree Transcript with (minimum GPA 2.75)
For Doctorate Degree:

One English Proficiency Test Certificate as follows:
TOEFL (PET 400+, or CBT 97+, or IBT 32+) or IELTS 4.5+ or TOEIC 400+ or TOEIC 500+
